DenPods is a product of Senecta Inc. Because DenPods Pods observe activity inside somebody's home, this notice explains how the website, orders, and room-monitoring data are handled.
Our server keeps ordinary access logs, including IP addresses, which rotate automatically. DenPods uses first-party event counts to understand product interest. These records contain event names, a random session identifier, selected pod quantity, timestamps and campaign identifiers, not typed form values. Event records are retained for up to 90 days. We do not sell them or share them with advertisers.
With your permission, we also use Google Analytics on denpods.com to measure page visits, traffic sources, scrolling, product interactions, checkout starts and confirmed purchases. Google receives browser and device information, approximate location and a cookie-based identifier. Purchase events include the kit, amount, currency and an anonymized transaction reference. We do not send your name, email, shipping address, card details or in-home sensor information to Google Analytics.
Analytics cookies are optional. Select Allow analytics or Decline in the notice, and change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. We remember your choice for up to six months. Declining does not affect shopping or payment. Google advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in this installation. See Google's privacy policy for information about Google's processing.
When you continue to payment, you leave DenPods for Stripe Checkout. Stripe collects your payment information, email, name and delivery address. Your full card number and card security code go directly to Stripe, not to DenPods's server. See Stripe's privacy policy.
Senecta Inc. receives payment confirmations and can access the contact and shipping details associated with your order through Stripe to fulfill your order, provide support, and handle cancellations. Our order database stores payment references, the number of pods, the amount paid, payment timing, the offer associated with your order and, when an advertisement referred you, anonymous campaign and keyword identifiers. It does not store card numbers, security codes or a copy of your delivery address.
We use these records to process and support your order. To ask about your data or request deletion, email [email protected]. Some transaction records may need to be retained for accounting and other applicable obligations.
The person being monitored must be informed about the system. Whoever installs or manages it must collect any consent required for that setting. Optional sound classification should not be enabled where the necessary consent is absent.
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected]. If a law requires us to keep a transaction record, we will explain that when we respond.
